It is with great excitement we have updated our website today to reveal all NEW Clubs opening this week, some change of venue, change of time, extension of times to facilitate our members and also the arrival of Men’s Only Club to Donnycarney Thursdays 7.30-8.30pm.
Only €6.00 per week, NO joining fee and NO missed week fee, you will be weighed and measured, been measured optional but highly recommended as you will see your inch loss along with your weight loss. There is a 20 minute motivational talk on a different topic every week, FREE recipes which members help themselves to and also 2 motivational texts per week. There is NO HIDDEN CHARGES, no products or special foods, it is back to basics and portion control which we teach at our Clubs and that is how our programme is so sucessfull and why our members love to come to CLub, it fits in with your lifestyle without constantly watching labels and feeling on a diet.
