Only €6.00 per week, NO joining fee and NO missed week fee, you will be weighed and measured, been measured optional but highly recommended as you will see your inch loss along with your weight loss. There is a 20 minute motivational talk on a different topic every week, FREE recipes which members help themselves to and also 2 motivational texts per week. It is with regreat that we have to announce ( has been annouced at Clubs the past 2 weeks ) been released through all media also that we must increase our weekly fee to €6.00, however everything else remains the same, NO Missed week fee and NO Joining fee, 2 FREE recipes every week and 2 motivational texts a week. 100 per cent committment from us to help you on your weight loss journey the support that you need and also that we are 100 per cent Irish owned that we are NOT franchised from the UK or America.

Sherriff Street opening Wednesday 12th September either be a morning or lunch time Club
St Pauls Parish Hall Glenageary 12th September 2nd Club been added 5.30-6.30 and 6.30-7.30
Possible 2nd Club coming to St Brigids Killester 5.30-6.30 together with current one 6.30-7.30
